Are refunds available?

For digital items, we do not offer refunds because the products are sent immediately and are not able to be “returned.” You should have a strong internet connection and storage space to download the product. You might need to install Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF file.


For print items, once the order has been placed through Amazon, we are not able to adjust or cancel the order. You are responsible for sharing the proper shipping address when you place your order.


Can I share, sell or reprint your products?

Consumers do not have permission to share, reprint or sell any Plant Wonder Collective or Botanical Anthology work. No part of it, written or visual, may be reproduced, reused or transmitted in any fashion nor in any form without prior written consent. 


Can I use information from the publications in place of working with a health care provider?

The content in Plant Wonder Collective and Botanical Anthology products are for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your health care practitioner when starting a new herbal regiment and always patch test when using a new 

topical remedy.


Can you ship print products internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot at this time. Shipping is limited to the United States.


How long does it take to ship print magazines?

When orders are placed, they need to be submitted to Amazon, who prints and ships the printed version of the magazine. It can take 10-14 days to arrive.
